Fees & Reservations
When visiting the Yellowstone National Park, the fee structure during your visit varies. You have to pay an entrance fee if you are 16 years or older, but that varies depending on how you enter the park. If you are a frequent traveler, you can get an annual pass to enter the park. Passes also differ for interagency members, seniors, military members, non-commercial groups and commercial visitors.
These aside, different types of permits are necessary for activities like research, boating, fishing, backcountry traveling, wedding and ash scattering. You will also be required to take special commercial use permits for filming, photographing and sound recording in Yellowstone Park.
